I Will Come For You
Though demons guard the gates with zeal,
A haggard soul they wish to steal.
Love forges the path of what to do,
Always know, I will come for you.
River of fire shall not deter,
The warrior’s soul, as it were.
Coins to Charon for his due,
I will, forever, come for you.
I stand to battle, fear no man,
Pray the heavens that I can,
Stay the storm, see dawn anew.
In the pure sunlight, I will come for you.
I would face the legions of hell alone,
If the prize of love was mine to own.
Inspiration in blood my spirit embues,
Through hail of doubt, I will come for you.
No man, nor beast with fiery gaze,
Shall begin to measure against the rage.
Glory is the one, I always knew,
With divine purpose, I will come for you.
The sway of passion does intoxicate,
A journey so sweet, worth the wait.
Lay down with Angels, celestial dew,
Across the mist, I will come for you.
I have laughed at Lucifer, flicked my sword in his face,
God enthroned will suffer that very fate,
If the Angel pains but a second they’ll rue.
Through flames of paradise, I will come for you.
No more secrets, my heart does ache.
My path, the war, my essence forsakes.
The radiant grandeur I must go to,
With the greatest pride, I will come for you,
The question is…Will you want me to?
